
A power cut, a box of candles, and a room that suddenly felt unlike anything we had planned. The atmosphere that emerged was warm, cinematic, and unexpectedly intimate — and we knew immediately that it needed to become an evening. Built around the psychology of a single light source, the menu leaned into deeper, richer flavours while the room leaned into the particular vulnerability that darkness creates. What started as discomfort became connection. That is the whole point.
